How do i know my order has gone through?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If you don't received a confirmation email after 5 minutes please contact the store preparing your order as they can also check if the order has gone through on their system.

Have the order id and time handy as this will assist with your enquiry.

Please note orders paid via PayPal will not be fulfilled until the payment has been cleared. 

Not what i ordered

Please review your order by checking the email order confirmation. If you spot an issue please contact the store that prepared your order and allow them the chance to rectify this. 

Who to call if a delivery is late?
